We're already doing it, as we walk to work, reach for our coffee, and clean our rooms. It's present in every part of our day.
NO ESC. grew out of six years of leading improvisation sessions for dancers & non-dancers, and witnessing the same things happen every time. When people move with intention, something shifts. Not just in their bodies, but in everything they do or create. They get more self-aware, more present, and feel more confident, which reflects in every room they step into. And we think everyone deserves to feel that way.
It's neither a dance class nor a workout session. This is prompt-based movementA guided practice where short verbal or written prompts spark each movement. No choreography, no reps. Just an invitation to respond with your body, however that looks for you in that moment. for everyone who wants it. No prior experience or training needed. We've all been moving our whole lives. That's enough.
We're building a community of people who move together and, because of it, live a little more fully.

It's group-based. A big part of what makes it work is moving alongside other people. There's something about sharing a space and a prompt together that makes it feel less in your head and more enjoyable.
That's probably the most common thing people walk in feeling. The prompts give you something to focus on so you're not just standing there wondering what to do with yourself. Most people stop thinking about how they look pretty quickly. There are no mirrors like in a traditional dance class, and everyone is very involved in their own movement.
It's for everybody.
